Our 7-day “replace or refund or return” policy ensures that you have the opportunity to request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Replacement or refund options are available under the following circumstances: 

A. The item arrives damaged at your location. 

B. The item has a pre-existing defect. 

C. You receive the incorrect item in your shipment

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us within 7 days if you discover any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been sent. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it. To initiate the process, please contact us at info@sgkprinters.com and include pictures of the product. Specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. Upon approval, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction. It’s important to note that we do not provide replacements or refunds in cases where a spelling mistake is made in the content of the nameplate. However, if you require a replacement with minor text changes, you can inquire about a discounted rate for the replacement from our team.
